Growing up Peruvian American, I tend to draw from the rich ingredients found in Peruvian food. What I love about Peruvian Food is that it is a global cuisine, that has influences from around the world traced throughout their dishes. I look forward to sharing my appetite for life through my food expressions.
Inspired by my Peruvian palate, each recipe crosses boarders creating harmonious flavors to be enjoyed with family, friends, neighbors, co-workers… you name it. For me food is more than fuel for the body and is meant to be shared. You will find that these recipes have been developed with exploration in mind and are a study of taste and technique. In each recipe, I am asking how these flavors balance each other and how the ingredients work with various techniques.
